Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Preserve Skin Clinic is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and customs charges).


Damaged or Lost Packages

Preserve Skin Clinic is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@preserveskinclinic.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will assist you as best as possible.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.


International Shipping

We currently ship internationally. International delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance. Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
